Wiscombe is always one of the more relaxed, social weekends of the racing calender.
The Club shop had a constant stream of visitors.
The sun came out for the prize giving! Prizes went to both Denise and Julian Bailey-Watts,
Willie Verdon-Smith, Tony Reed and Jacqui Piper.
The Reed's V8 - a sad sight. Many thanks to Ian Moss who drove David home to pick up the
van and trailer. To Willie Verdon Smith for taking Anne, Tania and Hannah back to our
base in Beer. It is at times like this, that you really appreciate the Aston Club members,
we had so many offers of help. Thank you, it was greatly appreciated.
The annual boat race saw boats made of corks, bottles, packets galore. The winners received
AMOC hats and tee shirts. Everyone received a stick of rock.
