 Goodwood Sprint - July 22nd 2006 Goodwood this year was for the brave. On/off showers meant you were never sure if the track was dry enough to really go for it or not.  Willie Verdon-Smith did well to win his class after a break of 5 years since he last came to Goodwood.  Bob White was giving the aston a rest and took his Alfa Romeo Junior out instead.  Julian Bailey-Watts took his TVR Cerbera out but it was a bit of a beastie in the conditions.  The TVR just leaving the startline.  The Reed's Mk III blew a head gasket at the track day on Friday, so David and Tony shared Tony's Nissan Skyline instead. David was a little over exuberant and had a double spin but still managed to come 2nd in class.  A table cloth on a couple of tyres make a perfect table....
