It was one of those wonderful days when the weather is sunny, the company relaxing and no incidents on the track. Area 13 had quite a few competing and won lots of points towards the Penine Trophy.

David Taylor won the Pre-War class.David Humbert entered his DB2/4 MkII in his first AMOC Wiscombe event. Bob White who has now moved to Andover entered both his DB2/4 MkII and his Lotus X1

David Butler entered his V8. Anne Reed won the fastest Lady of the Day in her V8. With the official runs over shortly after lunch, a third run was allowed. The V8 drivers put a pound in the kitty and the one to improve on their fastest run by the most got the money - Anne managed to win that one too!

Tom Hatfield entered his MGA. Willie Verdon-Smith competed in his TR4.
