Aston Martin versus Morgan owners Skittle Match 2003
A good evening was had when Area 13 invited the local Morgan Club to a skittles match.
The Aston crew was made up of: Richard, Jan and Michelle Lay, David, Anne, Tania and Hannah
Reed, John and Jennie Reed, Tony and Julia Reed, Stephanie Coombes and Michael Hall. Martin
Smith, David and Joss Humbert and Ashley Miller. Unfortunately Karen and Neil Dignan along
with Terry Holt broke down on the way in their BMW and did not make it.
The Morgan Owners out numbered us with about 30 people to our 18. Everyone had 2 goes
and the highest 8 scorers from each team had another go to decide the winners.
The Silver Plough provided a wonderful spread, which kept re-filling, as did many members
plates!

Susan, a morgan owner had the highest score for a lady and won
a bottle of wine.

Martin Smith won a bottle of wine for being the highest scorer for
the Aston team - well we did not win much else!
