 Silverstone Race Meeting - 22nd June 2008  Doug Barker was first in his class. Everyone appreciated having grid girls this year!  A camera crew was present making a new ITV series 'The Classic Car Show'. This will be a 10 part series looking into everything and anything to do with classic cars. Museums, private collections, auctions, weekends rallies, test drives, famous classic cars (from James Bond's to Derek Trotter's) through to some of the biggest celebrations of classic cars in the world. All this and more will all be covered by the show. In each episode Alice Crocker and Chris Serle will road test classic cars, as well as, look at which models have the potential to become future classics. Here, Alice is talking to Doug Barker, last years AMOC Championship winner.  David and Anne were also interviewed. The show is due out in the autumn.  Some of the cars in the aston display.      DB4's were celebrating their 50th anniversary. They had their own paddock and a lunchtime parade.
