![]() Brands Hatch - May 7th 2007 AMOC UBS Historic - Mark Baldwin (DB2/4 MkIII) got a good start and was able to get away while Adrian Beecroft (DBR1) and David Reed (DB2) fought for the whole race. David and Adrian changed positions 6 or 7 times throughout the race but Adrian was able to take second place over the line. Nicholas Ruddell (MkIII) had a good scrap with Jon Gross (MkIII) with Doug Barker (DB2/4 MkII) coming up on the rear but fading away as the race went on coming in 2nd in Class A3. The first 3 cars home. Cars coming in to change to wet tyres. AMOC 50s Sports Car race amalgamated with the Pre-War Race. 50s Sports Car: David Reed on pole had a dreadful start and dropped back to 7th position. He was able to get back to first after another couple of laps and stayed in the lead to claim the win. Paul Baldwin this time had the scrap with Adrian Beecroft along with an AustinHealey and Ace Bristol. Doug Barker came in 9th overall and winner of F2 with Graham Barker coming in 16th and 2nd in F2.
